ReplyDeleteyou are going to learn about it in detail in chapter 4. for this moment, just need to know that ribosome can be found in cytoplasm or attached to RER. it is the site to synthesise protein.

ReplyDeleteteacher,in paper 1,no.34,it show about fish swimming, can techear explain how to dtermine the muscle of fish?
ReplyDeleteteacher, exercise book with teacher?i search at my home and cannot find it,and i do not understand about chemical signal carry by neurontransmitter teacher
ReplyDeleteAsyraf,
ReplyDeleteWhen the electrical nerve impulse reaches the synaptic knob, it stimulate the synaptic vesicle to secrete neurotransmitters into the synaptic cleft. The transmission of information across a synaptic cleft involves conversion of electrical signal into a chemical signal in the form of neurotransmitters, and then reconversion of the chemical signal into an electrical signal once again at the postsynaptic membrane. The transmission of nerve impulses across the synaptic cleft is an active transport requiring energy. Thus, the mitochondria are needed.
